Lawrence is an experienced infrastructure and programme leader with more than fifteen years delivering complex engineering, capital investment and operational improvement programmes across the public and private sectors.
His background spans infrastructure, engineering, facilities management, public estates, building services and major capital programmes, in environments where delivery depended on technical expertise, stakeholder engagement and commercial leadership together.
Lawrence established The Lawneds to bring practical leadership, technical understanding and commercial thinking into a single platform dedicated to helping organisations deliver confidently while strengthening long term capability.
